Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS upgrade is available via OTA: download starting today
The time has finally come: Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S2 owners can now upgrade their devices to the eagerly awaited Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Over The Air (OTA).
We are aware that some of them have already upgraded their Galaxy S2 last week, starting Friday, April 13, via KIES. If they didn’t, they might expect to read their favorite message: the Android 4.0 ICS is finally available for their mobile handset.
We reported last week that the Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS upgrade was delayed by an important notice from Samsung informing the British wireless carrier that it had to postpone its Android 4.0 rollout for Galaxy S2 because it wasn’t ready to go public yet.
So, if you are in an environment that includes a secure Wi-Fi connection, you can start downloading Vodafone Android 4.0 ICS upgrade. Let us know if everything went as planned by commenting below.
