For the sake of its beloved customers – particularly iPhone users like you and me, T-Mobile will be offering additional support for unlocked iPhones beginning today, January 30.  According to TmoNews, T-Mobile will be supporting more than a million of its users who are currently using unlocked iPhones via the Magenta network. Essentially, the additional support will include common procedures, information support regarding some features and specifications, and other basic device FAQs. It’s clear that T-Mobile is serious about giving its customers the best support that they can give.

Furthermore, T-Mobile is also adding updates to its iPhone community website to align it with the rest of the carrier’s supported device pages. As for any new plans of becoming an official iPhone dealer, the carrier is still mum and unsure about it, saying it’s all in Apple’s hands. The company is loved for its open-door policy, especially by its users who have an iPhone in tow. But it’s a little sad. A few days ago, Neville Ray, T-Mobile’s CTO talked about a possible partnership with Apple. Apple seems to be developing a chipset that is capable of AWS support. If this roadmap continues, the next-generation iPhone will prove to be a game changer for T-Mobile and by then both will be on the same page. Kudos to T-Mobile for taking its customer experience further!
